Tips for getting that perfect mugshot

your phone is your perfect tool

Tip 1: One Pet

Each portrait is for one pet only so no limelight has to be shared.

Tip 2: Close up & Clear Photo

Get up close and personal with your pet and try your best to get a clear photo.

Tip 3: sitting or standing up

Having your pet in this position will make for a more natural portrait crop when we are doing our edits.

Avoid having your pet lying down or hugging your pet.

Tip 4: eye level

Take the photo from your pet's eye level and not from a top down angle. This angle brings out their features and looks the most natural.

Tip 5: bright lighting

Snap their photo in a well lit area so the details of their features will not be hidden in darkness.
